Circumstance

I was enjoying my tasty Takoyaki in one of my favorite Japanese hole in the wall in the vicinity of San Antonio, Makati when my mobile phone rang.It was my wife frantically asking where i am because at that very moment the water in the street where my car is parked was already knee deep and that i needed to moved it to higher grounds.Thus,  as i arrived in the area indeed my car was already inundated that fortunately my friends are there and helped me pushed the car to the next street that somehow still not flooded. 

The car can't be used since i was advised not to start the engine for it would only complicate the trouble of the car and there is a need for me to turn over the car to the service center so that they can fix the engine.This particular instance raised my blood pressure because of the time, effort and money that i will be investing just to make my car road worthy again.Exasperation that lingers to this particular moment is indeed causing me to be so stressed yet in spite of all this trouble i needed to  find my sanity or balance of thought.

Our weather situation nowadays is indeed unpredictable that no matter the circumstance is,  you really have to be advance in predicting the scenarios that might unfold in a given moment.Just like in our personal lives we ought to have an attitude of knowing what our life situation will bring us to in the midst of our daily routine. Will our actions bring us to something positive or will the end result of our activities will simply put us into a bind or is something to consider as indeed worthy of our energy and attention in the end.

I do personally view that in whatever circumstance we are into, it is our personal act that leads us to where our circumstance is at the moment, that there is no need for us to be alarmed for what we are experiencing since this is only the logical consequences of our actions in the past.

In my circumstance, it was my decision to park my vehicle in that area that i knew before hand is a low lying street that whenever rains pour the street will be easily flooded.hence,  my act of deciding to park on that area is the direct reason why i am into this circumstance.I must not be really upset or displeasure since it was me on the first place who made the condition that lead to my present circumstance.

Quandary

               When i enrolled my MBA major in Entrepreneurship my mind was already set to the idea of having a Business Plan that is related to the subjects i am teaching at the College of Business Administration Hospitality Management Department. Immersed into the subject of Domestic and Tour Guiding subjects i decided to pursue a business in Tour Guiding Services  now known as Sampiro Tour Services and Consultancy.

                Foremost in my mind is to tap the very big market of young people longing to experience a guided city tour.Thus, my Guided tour is basically focused on the concrete jungle of Makati City  where unknown to many, this city is not only about malls, the modern sky scrapper buildings,corporate people but amidst this modern backdrop is the very rich cultu-historical landmarks that will make one feel proud of the place, its origins  and its status as a local tour destination.

              What would distinguish my services as compared to other guided tour is the use of modern technology to deliver the spiels and engaging the tourists participation by making the tour fun-filled by allowing them to answer some trivia questions and a corresponding rewards awaits those who could answer it.I would hire competent Guides and would offer competitive compensation to make them more inspired in their work. 

               One may think that the said endeavor is already workable and could lead to a very profitable activity but alas, something happened that can alter the landscape of the business i am thinking.Truth indeed is that we have to be wary of the Business climate or the condition of the society or factors,events that may affect our business. 

            The question now is whether to pursue the business endeavor or to put it on hold until the situation warrants it to proceed.
