It was 8:15 am as i was boarding the public conveyance going to school and there were many passengers as well trying to squeeze their small frames inside the sardine can looking public transport.
The other passengers who happened to be on their way to a school related fair in MOA were high school students all hyped out with the idea of bumming around the mall sans family to restrict or check their behaviour.They were all seems to be really enjoying the time and loudly conversing with no cares whatsoever with the other passengers who are all adults hurrying to their work places.
Memories of my student care- free days flashed like it seemed only a week ago.It was a very great day indeed to start the day with.
As i alighted the jeep and entering the main gate i noticed that there were no busy buzz , clacking sound of shoes nor loud voices of students in the sides and near and far to me which is a normal occurence day to day as you pass by the main entrace of the school.
I punched in my time card and proceeded upstairs in the faculty room and noticed that almost all of the Professors where there in their tables.Then my supervisor called me and said that i have to pass the final examination copy by monday and casually informed me that there are no classes today.
Should i rejoice and sing praises for the music like announcement!
All for naught ... I prepared my lectures for the day last night with gusto and dedication and here i am doing nothing for now.
